The 7th ESSIB took place 7.-10. July 2025 at the Toulouse Biotechnology Institute with the topic "Enzymes and polymers in the context of biocircular economy". The summer school consisted of talks by 15 lecturers from France and Germany, presentations by the participants, a poster session, gala dinner, round table discussion, and a visit of the "Toulouse BioTech Alley".
